What this covers

This notice covers this website and its waitlist. It does not cover any Hexagen Labs product, which is not released yet. We will publish a separate notice before it is.

Who we are

Hexagen Labs Private Limited ("Hexagen Labs", "we") decides why and how your data is used. You can reach us at tech@hexagenlabs.in.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you type it into the waitlist form.
• A record of your consent: the time you agreed and the exact wording you saw, so we can show that you agreed.

We do not ask for your name, phone number or location. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, for security.

Why we use it

Only to email you about the Hexagen Labs launch. We do not sell your email, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our legal basis

Your consent, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it: write to us and we will stop.

Who else sees it

The service providers that run this site and the signup form, and only so they can do that job.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we have finished telling you about the launch, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers.

Children

The waitlist is for people aged 18 and over. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. If the change affects how we use your email, we will ask you again.
